Return and Refund Policy
My pieces are all about inspiration and spreading the power of nature in my clients' lives.
In any case if you need to return and get a refund on your purchase, I'm here to make sure you have the best experience possible.
If the piece arrives damaged, you can initiate the return process through the contact page within 48 hours of delivery. I will personally address the issue with the shipping company, and you will
receive a total refund. Please ensure to take pictures of all damages, including the packaging.
Now, if your piece is in perfect condition but you've had a change of heart you've got two weeks from delivery to send it back. A full refund will be processed upon receipt of the piece,
provided it is intact and in a resalable condition. Please remember, you'll need to cover the shipping costs both ways. Make sure you contact me before initiating the return process. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you're not happy with your print, I accept returns within two weeks of delivery. Just a heads-up, the shipping costs for sending and returning the print are on the customer. Please reach out to me before starting the return process—I’m here to help!
A quick note: colors may slightly differ on screens. As a professional artist, my commitment is to photograph the paintings under the best conditions using a Canon 6 Camera to provide you
